Anyone know how to fix a Marquis Spa?

Just curious, we’ve been working with a local dealer from Highland since January of this year, and really, the original repair in question was in March of 2011.  Trying to track down owners on either company seems impossible and I’ve had it with the lack of response from the service dept.  At the end of the day, we just want our spa working again.  Any suggestions?

Jamaica – Home Photo

While our ancestors were originally from Ireland, something I hope to include in a page on our family history, the photo above I am using for our header was one of 546 photos I took on May 24, 2008 while our family was in Jamaica for the second time.

We are way overdue to return to the wonderful island of Jamaica and I’m keeping this as our home photo until that trip.
